Delivery
Delivery Options Overview
At PacksMenu, we understand that reliable delivery is an important part of a smooth customer experience. Our delivery process is designed to provide clear communication, organized handling, and coordination from the initial order stage through the designated delivery arrangement. Delivery options, timelines, and available arrangements may vary depending on the fictional location and circumstances presented on our platform.
All delivery costs, transportation charges, handling fees, courier expenses, and other delivery-related fees are the responsibility of the client. These charges are separate from any product or service pricing displayed on the website and may depend on the destination, delivery method, distance, timing, and applicable third-party charges. Clients are responsible for reviewing and settling all required delivery expenses before the delivery arrangement can proceed.

Exchange or Return of Goods
At PacksMenu, all purchases are considered final once an order has been confirmed and payment has been completed. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds after purchase, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable federal, state, or local law.
Final Sale Policy
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing their order before completing a purchase. Once payment has been accepted and the order has been confirmed, PacksMenu will not ordinarily provide refunds, exchanges, or cancellations because of a change of mind, incorrect selection, failure to accept delivery, or other circumstances occurring after the purchase.
Any delivery, transportation, handling, or third-party service fees paid by the customer are also non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Legal Basis & Consumer Rights
This policy is intended to establish the terms under which PacksMenu treats purchases as final-sale transactions. U.S. businesses may generally establish and clearly disclose their own return policies, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and regulations. Because consumer rights and disclosure requirements can differ between states and circumstances, this policy does not attempt to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or override any mandatory consumer protection, refund, cancellation, warranty, or other statutory right that applies to a particular transaction. Where applicable law requires PacksMenu to provide a refund, replacement, cancellation right, or other remedy, that legal requirement will take precedence over this policy.
Customer Acknowledgment
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that they have reviewed the applicable product and order information and understand that all sales are final under PacksMenu's stated policy, subject to any rights or remedies that may be required by applicable law.
PacksMenu reserves the right to update this policy when necessary to reflect changes in applicable laws, regulations, or business practices.
